Menchum Falls,
Bangwe Village, Wum council area.

a number of lakes into the Bangwe village. There is no gain say
that Wum municipality is the touristic hub of Menchum Division since most of
the touristic sites are lodged in Wum central subdivision, the Divisional

what she can to promote tourism this through a series of activities varying
from cultural to touristic. The Famous Menchum falls shall soon
receive a special touch, with the construction of boucarous to enable tourists,
students on field trips and other passerby to have their snacks while watching
at the marvels of nature. This will not only boost the tourism sector of our
country, but generate some revenue for our council so as to enable the council
forge ahead and thus, emerging by 2035 as our illustrious head of state,
President Paul Biya, dreams it. This will only be possible if we all take part
in the developmental vision of Wum council and by putting all hands on deck.
