Aguli gets a 4.2 km farm to market road

Since the month of January, following the launching of PNDP III, the Wum council has become bee hive in terms of development. This can better be explained by the numerous activities that have been carried out. From town planning, hygiene and sanitation through road maintenance works, to the administrative and management accounts session, Wum council has been striving for the betterment of the ever demanding population.
The Aguli mile 37-Mukange farm to market road saw the lamplight on January 20th 2017 when the SDO for Menchum, Emvoutou Bita Benoit Williams, flanked by the Lord Mayor of Wum Council, Dighambong Anthony Mvo and the regional coordinator of PADFA Zumbi Simon, officially opened the said road for public usage. Long of 4.2 km, the farm to market road has 5 bridges and 21 culverts. It is now the responsibility of the council, to ensure maintenance works together with the population of Aguli village.
